1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bsok ("bsok", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the bsok platform — including sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and all other services — you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of the bsok platform, including registered players, visitors browsing the site, and any other persons who access or interact with any feature or content on bsok. If you are using the platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person to these Terms.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. bsok reserves the right to update these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 13 (Amendments). Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the bsok platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. bsok strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years and will not knowingly permit any person under this age to register an account or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the platform.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of bsok complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your location.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons who lack legal capacity — including minors and persons under guardianship orders — are strictly prohibited from using the platform.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement, either through bsok or through any third-party responsible gaming programme, that currently bars you from accessing online gaming services.
• Single account: You must not already hold a registered account with bsok. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited.

bsok reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bsok may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services available on the bsok platform, you must complete the registration process and create an account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• Accurate information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must keep this information updated at all times. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• One account per person: Only one account may be registered per individual. If bsok identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same person, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings associated with them may be voided.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. bsok will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Notification of breach: You must notify bsok immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of account security.
• KYC verification: bsok may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification at any point, including prior to processing withdrawals. bsok reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bsok platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. bsok reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time with notice on the platform.
• Deposit processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bsok account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank card deposits may take slightly longer depending on the issuing bank's processing times.
• Own funds only: You must only deposit funds that you own and that have been legitimately obtained. bsok operates strict anti-money laundering procedures and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. bsok reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal timeframes: bsok aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval, subject to completion of any required verification. Withdrawal times may vary depending on the payment method and bank processing schedules.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are displayed and processed in BDT. bsok does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
• No third-party payments: Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned, subject to applicable processing fees.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the bsok platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bet acceptance: bsok reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced, bets containing manifest errors in odds or pricing, and bets that appear to be part of coordinated wagering activity designed to exploit the platform.
• Odds accuracy: While bsok makes every effort to ensure that displayed odds are accurate and up to date, errors may occasionally occur. bsok reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds and to void affected bets, irrespective of whether the bet was accepted and the event has concluded.
• Settled bets: Once a bet has been settled, the result is final subject only to bsok's internal review process in cases of suspected error or irregularity. Players who believe a settlement is incorrect must contact [email protected] within 7 days of settlement.
• Live betting: Live in-play betting markets close at the discretion of bsok's trading team. Bets placed after market closure will be voided. Connection and latency issues experienced by the player do not constitute grounds for bet voidance or reinstatement.
• RNG games: All slot games, instant-win games, and virtual casino games on the bsok platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party, including bsok.
• Game interruption: In the event that a game or betting session is interrupted due to technical failure before completion, bsok will use its best endeavours to restore the session to its state immediately prior to interruption. Where this is not possible, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant game or sport rules, or voided and stakes refunded at bsok's discretion.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

bsok may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple, eligible games, and time limits for each bonus will be published in the relevant promotion terms.
• One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotions are limited to one claim per player, per household address, per device, and per IP address. bsok reserves the right to void bonus claims that appear to involve multiple accounts, household sharing, or coordinated claiming activity.

• Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonuses or promotions — including but not limited to using automated software, coordinating with other players to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk, or making bets that qualify for a bonus while hedging the outcome — will result in the voiding of the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Expiry: All bonuses are subject to expiry dates. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used before the stated expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
• Withdrawal of offers: bsok reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including after a promotion has begun, with reasonable notice where practicable.

7 Responsible Gaming

bsok is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools they need to maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• Session time limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions. When a session limit is reached, the player will be automatically logged out.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bsok platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or access any feature in a manner not available to standard users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through the platform.
• Attempting to collude with other players or platform employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing any account restrictions.
• Providing false identity documents or impersonating another person during account registration or KYC verification.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bsok platform — including but not limited to the bsok brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, data compilations, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bsok or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform; create derivative works based on platform content; use bsok's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent; or reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any software component of the platform.

Game content — including slot titles, live casino streams, and crash game interfaces — is owned by the respective game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is subject to those providers' intellectual property rights. bsok distributes this content under licence and cannot grant users any rights over third-party game content beyond those necessary to play the games through the platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bsok's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bsok account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bsok shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Service interruptions, delays, or failures caused by circumstances beyond bsok's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, third-party payment processor downtime, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the platform that contains errors or is out of date.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decision made by you in relation to betting or gaming activity, including decisions based on real-time odds, statistics, or commentary provided by the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bsok's liability for death or personal injury caused by bsok's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

bsok is committed to protecting your personal data and handling it responsibly. The collection, storage, use, and disclosure of personal data by bsok is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between you and bsok.

By registering an account and using the bsok platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the processing of data for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and platform improvement purposes.

bsok will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, identity verification providers, and game technology partners as described in the Privacy Policy and as required by applicable law.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

bsok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 8.
• bsok has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation in connection with your account.
• You fail to complete required KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bsok.
• Your continued use of the platform poses a reputational, legal, or regulatory risk to bsok.
• You request account closure yourself, in which case bsok will process your request within a reasonable timeframe subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and settlement of any pending bets.

Upon permanent account closure — whether initiated by you or by bsok — any remaining balance of legitimate, verified funds (excluding voided bonus funds and any funds under investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable processing times. bsok will retain your account data for such periods as required by applicable law and internal data retention policies.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bsok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bsok will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform, no less than 7 days before the updated Terms take effect. For minor, non-material amendments — such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision — changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the bsok platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and bsok arising from or relating to your use of the platform, these Terms, or any transaction conducted through the platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting bsok's support team at [email protected].

bsok will endeavour to acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and to provide a substantive response within 14 business days of acknowledgement. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of your initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their interests.
